Shipping policy

Please allow 1–3 business days for your tracking information to become available.

We are committed to processing and shipping all orders as quickly as possible. Please note that once your order is confirmed, we are unable to modify or cancel it.

If your order is marked as "Returned to Sender", you will be responsible for purchasing a new shipping label if you would like your order reshipped. Please email us or contact us via Instagram with your updated shipping label.

We are not liable for any lost or stolen packages. Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, it is no longer under our control. If your package is lost or stolen, you will need to file a claim directly with the carrier.

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, you must open an investigation with the carrier.

PRE-ORDER POLICY

Pre-orders can be unpredictable, which makes it difficult to estimate exact shipping times. However, we ask that you allow 4–6 weeks for your order to ship.
